Trial article was premature

Re: “Trial underway in Sundre assault case” by Dan Singleton, Jan. 10.

This article was written prematurely, before both sides have been presented. It would have been proper to wait for the outcome of the trial before reporting details publicly, which could be damaging to both parties involved.
