The accused pleaded guilty in Didsbury provincial court on June 18 to a charge of uttering threats.

The Energy Resources Conservation Board receive a faxed document relating to a proposed fracking and flaring project in Mountain View County in Eagle Valley on March 15, say police.

The document stated, in part: “If you frack I will blow up your well and shoot bullets at your crew NAL. You are placing employees at risk.”

Kimberly Mildenstein will be sentenced Sept. 13. A charge of uttering threats to cause bodily harm will be spoken to on the same day.
